My BT/TNT add-on has stopped working

I get BT Sport's as a free add on and is enabled but has now stopped working and says I don't have an active subscription.
Any reason why it has stopped, as I was told there would be no change?

I cant seem to connect my old BT add on to the new TNT add on. I've
downloaded Discovery+ and created an account but it still asks me to buy a
package.
Even went through the process that was sent via email to access this but
when completed, it said "already activated".
Can you please help?

I've created a discovery+ account - same login as BT. Still doesn't work (see attachment). Its asking me to set up a package even though I've got it set through EE.
