My BT/TNT add-on has stopped working

I get BT Sport's as a free add on and is enabled but has now stopped working and says I don't have an active subscription.

 

Any reason why it has stopped, as I was told there would be no change?

Looks like I'm finally sorted.. Appears the activation through EE to Discovery hadn't completed even though I had been advised it had. Very complicated and frustrating move over, but there in the end. Thanks.

I’m also having this problem and it’s driving me crazy. Worked a few weeks ago now it just tells me to contact my provider. What’s going on?! I contacted Discovery+ and followed everything they said but still having the same issue.

Having a similar problem. Been trying it since early September and every time it just says we are experiencing technical problems please try again later 

I’ve tried it on WiFi, 4g, 5g all the gs and still doesn’t work. I’ve tried it on iPad, laptops, phones and nothing will make it work.

 I tried it the other method where you use your BT ID and then it threw an error too to say no active subscription recognised. Although I have just phoned BT and they said they closed that BT account a few years ago (that did have BT sport included) and that the issue is EE and now EE are saying it’s not them as all looks good on their side.

I’m running out of ideas as no one seems to know how to fix this and no one at EE seems to want to help get it resolved yet it’s a part of my package and I don’t really want to go and pay the £29.99 elsewhere when I could be getting it through my account.

I’m having issues accessing tnt sports even though I have the add on through my EE contract. I’ve tried contacting discovery+ and following everything they asked me to but still not working. I used it a few weeks ago but now anytime I try to watch it just tells me to “contact my provider and find out how to watch”

Can  anyone help?

If you've activated your subscription at Activate discovery+ (bt.com) and are still unable to log in, please get in touch with Technical Support so a member of the team can make sure your inclusive extra has been successfully activated on your EE account.

I just suggest to everyone that we vote with our feet. EE obviously are having problems as a company. 

I don’t say that lightly, having been with them 10 years. But this BT/TNT authentication issue has been around a couple of months now and EE have no idea how to fix for us.  Like all you others the assistance here with all the links 100% is not working and like others I have tried multiple times!

I have had Data Gifting issues all this month just like hundreds of others on here on other threads, again there was no assistance or explanation from EE. 

On my family package, my son has clearly got a 5g SIM and despite assurances for over a year he has never been able to use 5g whilst I have been able to. 

EE is becoming now the worst operator of them all and I am not taking this anymore.
