Microsoft 365 acrivation problem '404 not found'

I've just joined EE with Microsoft 365 as an included benefit. However, whenever I try and activate it, either from MyEE or the link I was sent it just goes to a '404 not found' page. I think the link or page must be broken.

I'll get this fed back to our web team. In the mean time, I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to try and add it from our side for you.

Thank you. I've spoken with them and no solution as yet. Apparently they have several other customers calling with the same issue.
