I have the xbox game pass as my reward feature and have done for 14 months. Last month however I had a charge for it to my bank account. I resulted EE on the micrsoft account and this month they've charged by EE bill directly. Phoned EE and they gave me a phone number for microsoft and offered no help. The phone number you can't speak to anyone. Anyone else have a problem woth this. I've done nothing different

You can use the web chat or request a call. I’ve used the service a number of times and found them pretty good. They’re very nice and helpful people.
