I’ve just received a message from EE saying the following;
As a Full Works plan customer, you deserve the best from your plan.
So, from today we're giving you all the benefits of Apple One, which bundles together Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade and iCloud+.
You don't have to pay any extra, and you'll have access to even more Apple services to enjoy from now on.
I never had apple one as one of my benefits before so does anyone know if this cancels out my other ones now and if so, should it be listed under the benefits section in my account. Because at the moment it still showing the three that I had before (Apple Music, Apple TV and BT sport).

I've also had this this morning and EE chat online were useless but spoke to an agent who has said the changes aren't showing on the system yet but its like we are missing a second message that then tells us how to activate/claim it.
They are going to investigate and unless the system sorts itself out in the next day or two and adds it on for everyone, they may have to do a manual override to activate it.

Same here, chat were close to useless, only telling me I “might” have received the text in error and tried to sell it to me 🤦🏻♂️

Yeh the agent I got argued the toss over it for about an hour and then tried to charge me £5pm for the privilage of having Apple One despite sending a copy of the text to them and highlighting key words like "you don't have to pay any extra" and "we're giving you all the benefits of Apple One" 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

I got that same, and same response. Told to turn my phone on and off again and that has activated it for me. Can't currently add any more benefits to my account though, so have gone down from three to 1 .

Yeah mine has been set up now. I received a text message yesterday afternoon with a link to activate it. All seems to be working fine and I have the apple one subscription but it isn’t listed under my benefits, which is strange. It has removed Apple Music as one of my inclusive extras but Apple TV+ is still listed as one, along with BT sport. So now I have two extras instead of three but I don’t mind as I’ve actually gained more now.

Hi,
I had the same on wednesday but the link in the message for apple one takes me to a page to start a trial then pay £16 a month so I haven't clicked on it. What did your message say?
I wasted 2 hours talking to the ee chat and in the end a manger said it would take 24hrs. It hasn't!
They removed my apple music and tv and I can't reselect them.

Hi
Did you have the btsport add on and did this lose it when you turned it off and on again?

Mine did the same when I first clicked the link that they sent me. It wanted me to sign up for a trial so I didn’t bother clicking it. Then I clicked the link again around half an hour later and it was no longer asking me to do that and instead let me click on an option that activated my apple one account.
My BT sport add on is still active and listed under my extras right now too.
