I was having problems adding a new passkey as I kept getting logged out part way through the sequence:
Log on, profile, manage passkeys, add passkeys, enter code sent by sms, security tab shown again, manage passkeys, get logged out.
This happened both on Windows 11 and Android.
I resolved the problem by using Microsoft Edge on Windows to reach the ee.co.uk website rather than Firefox. I have yet to try temporarily changing my default browser on Android from Firefox to Chrome but suspect this will resolve it there.
