When I took my current deal with 3 inclusive extras, this was an option to select, and I see it’s still advertised for anyone taking out a new contract. However, when I go to the page where I can select my extras it does not appear. Why is this?

I'd recommend getting in touch on 150 or starting a chat via the help section of the EE app so a member of the team can try to add it manually for you.
