I can't pay for my xbox game pass ultimate and microsoft 365 personal subscripti

I have been trying to pay for an order for a week now using my Wise and Revolut, but nothing works. I enter the card details and click pay and then it gives me error code 102

Use a different card. Not sure how this is an EE issue over your choice of payment services.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I used to be able to pay, but at some point about 2 weeks ago it stopped working. I reissued the virtual card a bunch of times.
