I can upgrade my mobile phone but till yet i not receive any tracking information in my email address. i just have the order number i can put this into the track my orde r in EE and they shoe me your order will disptached.I cannot receive any information from EE like when i receive my order.

I know how eager you'll be to get your hands on your new device!
Once you place your order with us, we will then allocate stock to your order. This is then sent to DPD, and DPD will arrange the delivery date and timeslot. You will be able to track your order right to your door.
Do you have the DPD app? Have you checked for any updates if you've already placed your order?

Can't track the order and no update other than the original order confirmation email.

If tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

I will call on these numbers but they will not tell me anything about my parcel like where is my parcel and when i receive my parcel,they just say when your parcel will be om the way the Dpd will you before the delivery.How i know where is my parcel and when i receive my parcel and tracking details of my parcel.

Hello I ordered my iPhone 16 Pro on Monday which was now 4 days ago, I’ve had a email confirmation with EE however that doesn’t seem to be working. I don’t currently have a phone as my previous was broken, the confirmation email says we will receive the phone in 1 days. However this has not yet happened.

Its Iphone 16 Pro 128GB Dessert Titanium.Yes i can call on 2 to 3 numbers but they will say before one hour the Dpd will text you .I want to know where is my parcel and when i receive my parcel.
