How do I reactivate my NHS perks account?

Welcome to the community. 

Are you seeing an error message when trying to Log In?

Hi,

I am told my login details supplied are invlaid.
If I try to reset password I don't receive an email. I have checked my junk folders.

Hi @Davidsimp,

That error message indicates either the email address or password you're entering is incorrect.

Could you have registered with a different email address? It's worth trying a password reset for all of your work and personal email accounts.

I have tried that though it was definitely my works address  which I used.

having same issue and not unable to login to my ee perks the nhs email i entre stats it dont recognise it

Have you been able to access EE Perks before?

Yes. Was on it yesterday asked for me to verified my work email as my works email address has changed in the last two years as nhs have merged as one I have reported this to EE as we are all having same issue last time I had to get an email from someone at re to prove
