Are you getting any error messages? Have you tried both the app and EE Online account?

Yes Christopher.  I received a message this morning to say I had noncredit left on my phone.  I only use the phone for sending and receiving texts. Updated my balance and was then unable to get an add-on (200 texts for 30 days)

Hello James, something about there is a  problem - the page does not appear now when I try and sign into my online account?
