I purchased a PS VR a few weeks ago, I wasn’t on the position then to buy it outright, where as I am now in the position to pay in full, but I can’t find it on the app!? My monthly bill has changed but there’s no where on the EE app to show my accessories!

@Miss-Pia you can only see how long you’ve got left to pay off this item. It’s under add-ons within your account and to pay it off completely you need to call customer services to do this.,

If you log into your EE account on this page - PlayStation VR2 | PS VR 2 | PlayStation VR Headset | EE do you get the option to purchase the PS VR2?

I have added a PS VR2 to my monthly bill, but I can’t find where it says how much I have left to pay off, and I can’t find where to pay it off on the EE app, my bill shows that I’m paying for my phone contract plus a add on or accessory but I’d like the option to pay it off in full, as I can with my phone contract through the EE app.

Is there any way to view this? And to pay it off in full will I have to phone EE and do it that way?

we want to be able to view it ourselves it hasnt worked on the app or online in months! why are we paying for stuff we cannot see!
