I topped up my credit today on the website but keep getting a problem error message.

Used  07953 966 150 but again I do not get the option to add on texts? No option mentions text add ons.

If you select an option for account queries, you would need to hold when calling to speak to a guide.

Hello first "guide" said she would sort out the problem but after 30 minutes still did not received text add-on.  When I called back Liz (I think that was her name) sorted out my problem, very helpful.  Thanks to all how helped with this problem.  Graeme
