Hi,
im trying to login to be able to utilise my 5 perk codes (which I was approved for in July), when I’ve logged in with my usual details it didn’t work. I reset the password and it wouldn’t let me so I kept trying and now I’m logged out due to maximum attempts.
Please can someone help?

Let's see what we can get sorted for you with this, can you please let me know a bit more about what was happening when you were trying to log in?
Also when you tried resetting your password, in what way exactly did it not let you do this?
Was it a case of no email coming through, or did you get a specific error?
