Hi all,

I am having issues activating my discovery + I have recently switched over to EE and now I'm thinking I shouldn't have bothered. I have beeb sent 2 reminder emails from EE to activate discovery + which I have tried to do. Each time I click on the link it says they are having problems. This has been going on for over 2 weeks now. Any advice would be gratefully received

I definitely want to make sure we help point you in the right direction for getting your Discovery+ activated. 

Is it a mobile or broadband account that you're looking to redeem this through?

Hi Peter,

It's a broadband account I'm trying to activate discovery + on. I have even scanned the QR code on my tv and followed the instructions but still not having any luck
