Good day,
I was trying to buy data bundle for my modem using the ee mobile app on my iPhone.
The link http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase that it defaults to seems not to have been working for quite a long time.
https://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase. Also the secured link https://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase is throwing server error.
I have already topped up my ee account to buy data.
Could you please advise on the alternative way I can check the different data bundles, the costs and how to buy.

The link to the purchase url seems broken or and perhaps server certificate expired.

To save going down the wrong track: The HTTP: link should work & does for me. The HTTPS: link is invalid. Have you tried another browser?
Are you on contract or PAYG?

I'm having exactly the same problem. Just tried the http but still no joy. EE is having a lot of issues with links and app navigations I'm finding lately. They keep changing things. I hope we get a resolution.

Since this has been going on for months, and there is no resolution coming, just text the following to 150 (you will need available credit to actually buy the add-on you need):
ADD ON - Get list of data, text or minutes add-ons
ADD TEXTS - Get options to buy texts add-on
ADD MINS -Get options to buy minutes add-on
ADD DATA - Get options to buy data add-on
ADD INT - Get options to buy minutes and data when abroad.
Don't be surprised when some of the options will not be recognised (e.g. I can't buy 200 texts for a day).
List of all codes 150 accepts:
