So both my and my dad ordered a Google pixel 6a about this time last month with the offer of the Mastercard. Now we was originally told 14-30 days after we received the device then was told it would be 14-30days after the first bill. Well its been longer then 14days since the bill was paid and of course since the phone was purchase but yet still haven't received the Mastercards???

Well spoke to who’s escalating it further I’ve had this manager look into things for me and they s very reliable I’m sure this will get sorted now just not before Christmas

🤞shouldn't be like this, people may have needed the monies for Xmas for kids etc.

Well another call to the company and again nothing. The colleague at the card company says they are being inundated with calls from EE and plus net customers due to the reward card. But imo it sounds like it’s the card company at fault in some way as they are just sending customers back to EE and plus net

Hey John I got my claim text this morning, it’s worth going through social media twitter EE to help they have been amazing for me I’d definitely try them if your not getting any further help
