So both my and my dad ordered a Google pixel 6a about this time last month with the offer of the Mastercard. Now we was originally told 14-30 days after we received the device then was told it would be 14-30days after the first bill. Well its been longer then 14days since the bill was paid and of course since the phone was purchase but yet still haven't received the Mastercards???

Still nothing was told to wait til the 19th but as advised they don’t have my details and are closed at weekends so now I’m stuck waiting for something and neither side is taking any responsibility

Shocking customer service keep at them, ask EE for an email confirming that you are due the monies.
So when you speak to the Rewards Team you can fwd on the info.

Spoke to a manager todays was advised have to wait until tomorrow if I don’t receive the text tomorrow then they will submit it with the card company to find out why. Atm I’m not holding out hope that I’ll get it. Just feel it’ll end up with not getting resolved at all.

Still nothing been in limbo back and fourth really winding me up now. Why can't they just sort it out. Looks like it won't be sorted intime for Christmas now. Currently on hold now 55 mins on hold to probably still not get anywhere again 😭

I was told if I don’t get the text today they will escalate to the company, I’m gonna ring the company today if they say they don’t have my info I’m escalating it to same manager and should hopefully get it sorted

This is an absolute joke. No text today was told it would come before today rang the company and they still don’t have my details they said they sent it to EE to review and no one’s got back
taking this to the ombudsman as getting no where. If EE are going to do an offer they need abide by their terms and conditions and imo these terms have been broken by them

He advised me to wait up until 5th day, I’ve rang the company as still had no text and they have advised me they don’t have my details from ee and there is nothing they can do.
basically I’m not getting a text because they don’t have my information
