So both my and my dad ordered a Google pixel 6a about this time last month with the offer of the Mastercard. Now we was originally told 14-30 days after we received the device then was told it would be 14-30days after the first bill. Well its been longer then 14days since the bill was paid and of course since the phone was purchase but yet still haven't received the Mastercards???

Definitely get back onto them!! I was told when I rang 3-5 working days and miraculously within a day of me messaging online they've managed to sort it. Hopefully it gets resolved soon for you though. I'm having to help my dad argue his x

Had a reply from twitter colleague apparently it’s been advised I should get a text before 19th december to claim. If I haven’t received the claim text I have to call. Got a feeling it will be the latter of the advice and I’ll still be chasing it

In a further update rang the company to make sure the number it’s being text to is correct and been told they don’t have anything registered for me, someone at EE or the card company is lying because I’m getting nowhere, seriously debating taking this higher like trading standards as no one’s taking responsibility

I'm getting the same feeling blaming each other which is no good for you.

I'm due a call back from a manager today or tomorrow as they are investigating the issue-im not banking on it, if I don't get a call back or an email by tomorrow I'll be kicking off big style.

What did the text say?

I took contract out 2nd November has called multiple times rewards claim and Ee both telling me after 14 days then 30 then the rewards said my name wasn't even down for a MasterCard voucher.

Was so relying on this for Christmas looks like I won't be getting it in time what a joke!

Same bud just keep at them, I must have made 20+ calls - not letting it go.

Oct 30th I ordered the phone, they are happy to keep taking bill money though

Did u get you call from a manager I’ve had nothing in my emails still from either side of ee or the claims card company, due a call tomorrow or Sunday from a manager, got a feeling it won’t happen. Surely if this is happening to a lot of customers surely it’s either side breaking the terms and conditions of the offer.

Hope you get on OK..... I've managed to get mine and my dad's sorted now. It's pretty straight forward once you recieve the text which will be from EE themselves telling you to claim your card with a link attached to it x
