Still not heard a thing. However I contacted them over Messenger app as someone advised and someone told me someone will be in touch in 5 working days. This were last Saturday so hopefully Monday I'll be a little wiser as to what's happening. I've have my contract well over 15 working days. Could have done with it at this time of year 😫 hope this helps anyone.

No it will be 30 days on Tuesday. And I recived one card already that I got at exactly the same time.

I have called them countless times. I have had issues constantly. And I have already spoken to head office I have emailed the claims email and still nothing
