I've just upgraded on the 3rd of November 2022 and queried it with customer services as it's been well over 14 days and they're telling me the 6th of January amazing!

The SMS has arrived, will have the 'card' within the next 5 days.
Slightly different for me as EE have honoured a promotion that was incorrectly sold to me, however the experience with their customer service benefits everyone.
The claims@ email address never responded to any emails I sent.
The 03 number for purecard is useful to see if EE have actually sent over your details. They hadn't for me and never would have without following this through.
150 were utterly useless. Lied, fobbed me off, misinformed and false promises.
Online chat, frustrating, false promises and mistakes but got £20 discounted off my bill and gave me something to do whilst quaffing a glass of wine.
The shining light in all this, was Facebook messenger via the EE Facebook page. Steady replies, no time wasted re-explaining every 5 minutes to someone new, the message chain just continued as personnel rotated. Finally through that it was escalated to claims who called me directly whilst also keeping me updated through messenger.

Most have been told on day 15, or after 15 days.

Subject to conditions they don't tell you so don't be fooled reported EE to trading standards today for false advertising

Prepaid account activated within a couple of hours of the SMS code. Money is there to spend.
Even if you're not eligible, if you were sold the contract on the premise of the MasterCard, speak to the claims and rewards team.
Again, I hugely recommend the facebook messenger team over any other dept.
