Im 48 hours into my 3rd period of 72hours 'escalation'.

Its all smoke and mirrors.

Im just waiting till day 30 and if I haven't received it I'll be going to the office of fair trading and launching a miss-selling case. I have screenshots of every EE help conversation and answer on here and I will be demanding digital copies of all phone conversations I have had under the freedom of information act.

Not yet no the woman who we spoke to yesterday said she guaranteed us 3-5 days so I'm on day 1 today so hopefully by the end of the week I'd just check your on the system I can send you the number directly as ee said I shouldn't post it on here.
