It's because when they're selling us the phones in the store they're not passing on the information to the card team to get it processed she said the first text should be 5 days to confirm that your eligible then on the 15th working day you should have the card. We wasn't even on the system because our details wasn't passed on so I think for people it's best to check if your on the system as she put a complaint in directly to the pure card team so I'm hoping to hear something the end of the week.
