I’ve just seen the offer, does it apply to upgrades also?

I don't think any of them have a clue the concerns we've raised they keep closing the cases without letting us know. I'm on day 23 I messaged someone online they told me to wait till the 30th which would be 32 days instead of the 15 -30 days the text we was supposed to receive on the 5th day we got on the 18th I'm being told lots of different things I'm just worried they won't even give us the card. The only hope is some people have received a card so there is a card out there just seems like they're sending out to certain customers

Currently on the phone to EE (150) and had to explain my situation 4 times. The person I was speaking to wasn't aware of the offer, doesn't know how it works and thought I wanted a refund.

 

I am now on hold while she "tries to find out".

EE have escalated my issue 3 times and still no solution. Day 23 and still no text message, not even an initial one to confirm the MasterCard.

 

She's just come back to me saying " we've never heard of this, Ive just spoken to the claims department, they don't know about it, let me speak to my team leader".

What is going on? I am sick and tired of being fobbed off.

This whole situation is a joke. I appreciate the private message and will reply in due course, however I also expect EE to explain this situation clearly and with their suggested resolution (NOT repeating 15-30 days, call 150 etc) here publicly to help other customers. Stop trying to fob people off and then send messages behind the scene, it's not acceptable, there are lots of us affected and doubtless more seeking advice - EE owe us, their customers, a public solution and explanation as I've previously stated. 

Their staff don't seem to have a clue about what's going on, the offer is all over their website, it's been sold on recorded sales calls, and personally I've got screenshots of what the offer is as per their website (they haven't sent me any correspondence or texts etc, again note for sales incentives you should be providing customers with the offer in a durable medium which you have not!). You can't even seem to get your information right on this thread!

This situation is a mess and you're letting your customers down majorly - explain yourselves!

Hello EE, just covering bases with 150 and this community. 

I took out a new contract with a S22+ on 5 Nov, with the £300 prepaid MasterCard offer. Now the 21st and I've had no text reference the offer. I was told on the phone to expect a message on day 15, but nothing has been received.

I've since read on this forum I should have had an initial text day 3-5. 

Please can you PM me for more info.

I'll call 150 in the meantime.

The text will be sent to the lead number on your account, could you check of this has been received if you have more than one number?

For the benefit of others, called 150, went through the options to the returns/cancellations and explained what had happened. Quick security check, explained it's 15-30 days, but apologised and said they would send 'the code' via text straight to my phone whist on the call. 

Text arrived, said thank you and call finished. Just checked and I've been sent a short .pdf with a link to the offer T's&C's.

Trying 150 again.

So basically they're telling you they can send the card out to you I've received that text too after 18 days that's the text we should of got after 5 days regarding the terms and conditions

 

If they can send the text why haven't they done that instead of causing all this chaos
