Pt. IV A New Hope?
Second call to 150, same route as before.
This time spoke to Andres (David before), who knew 'exactly what the issue is, but needs to call another dept'.
Held for 2-3 mins, he's come back and said it's with the other dept, who would either call or email me, whichever was more convenient for them, in the next 30 mins-48 hrs and provide the link to the card.
He's said he'll personally check my account on Wednesday to make sure it's been actioned and call me if it hasn't.
I feel this won't be the last call to 150 this week, but will give it 48 hrs.

I'll be doing this and making a further complaint about how one person can send you the card details directly and the others telling you to wait continously its disgusting but I hope you receive the card and I'll be doing this too so fingers 🤞

There was nothing on the system to say we was eligible for the card.she also made us aware that it's 15 days not 15-30 if its past 15 and still nothing people need to check if they're on the system to get the card as we wasn't. She's put a complaint in with the card issue Team and said we are past the 15 days and we wasn't on the system to receive the card. She said we should have it in 3-5 days if not to call again to escalate it further

Yes, I'm the main number, and the follow up post with the link to a .pdf arrived to this phone, as has the setup link for Netflix earlier today (which prompted me to follow up on the card).
Can you help?
