I’ve just a bought a new sim and I got apple one as an inclusive extra. On my account it says it’s active but I can’t use the services. Anyone have any idea how to activate this on my phone

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community!
If you haven't already, can you please double check your texts to see if you received an Apple One activation link when you originally selected the Inclusive Extra?
If not, you may be able to activate this in your phone's settings by selecting Settings > Apple ID (your name at the top of settings) > Subscriptions > EE Plan Benefits.
I'd also recommend checking Settings> Apps> Phone> My Number to make sure this is correct, as it does identify the number to activate the subscription from here.
