Dear Sir/Madam,
I've pay as you go sim card with the number ****, I've topped up the sim but my phone number won't allow me to use it. I can't make any call or send/receive any messages. Can you please reset this phone number as I would like to keep it and plus I have a extra voucher credit which also I can't put it on.
