I can’t reset my perk login. No email to personal or work email. It just says the login is invalid.

This message indicates you're entering an incorrect email address or an incorrect password.
If you verified your perk account using your work email address, log in with this. If you uploaded ID to verify your employment, use your personal email address.
If the password is the issue, please use the reset password option.

I have tried to reset the password, but I do not receive an email as it states. I’ve had the perk account for about 3-4 years so it should be verified.
