hi there,
I am continually being shown the above message when verifying my account as part of the process to activate my TNT add-on.
please help resolve, this has been going on for over a month.

Is the add-on showing in your My EE account? Have you activated your number on discovery+?

Hi Chris,
yes it is active and when the system checks, it confirms have this on my account. When the system attempts validate me it accepts my mobile number, sends me a pin, but when I enter the pin, the system returns “technical problems” try again later.
I’ve been constantly trying but keeps coming back with the same message

Are you connected to WiFi?
If so, can you try using mobile data, does this work for you?

I am also getting the same Technical Issues message and cannot get past it.
There seems to be a lot of people with the same issue here. Surely EE are able to fix it.

Are you switching from a BT Sports subscription or are you setting up a new subscription through TNT Sports?
