my account has been deactivated, I was told by an agent that the account would be deleted so I could create new account, I have had no response and the account is still showing deactivated.

Hi 

This is my third listing in 11 days.  my account has been deactivated, I was told by two agent that the account would be deleted so I could create a new account.  I have responded to the private message but no response, I really need my account set up as I require a code for s new phone.  Please can you help with my request
