Usually we would advise up to 24 hours for the email to be received.
If it's been longer, I'd suggest trying again.

Are you able to contact your HR department to let them know you're locked out of the account?

Are you able to type in the reply box rather than the subject field?
Can you ask the company to check the junk folder or not block the perk email?

Hi - I’ve registered for EE perks as I’m an NHS worker and I still haven’t received the codes in an email and it has been longer than 24 hours. I’ve tried registering again however it says I already have an account. I uploaded my works ID as when I tried to use an email it wouldn’t let me. I’m due to upgrade my phone on the 7th so would really like to get the perks to be added to my account before then. Do you have any advice? Thanks
