Why am I being charged £2.47 a day EU Roaming charges when I never asked for that add on? Also, Why can I not remove that either?

Are you actually being charged it or is it just on your a/c as an add-on? It is only charged on the days when you are roaming in the EU & you use any of your UK allowances there.

I have the same charge, I live in the UK but I never leave the country, I don't understand why they are charging me for roaming in a country I live & that it says it can not be removed...

@Peterjjones93  You will only get charged if you are in the EU and using your phone.  If you look at your bill, you will see no EU charges?

If you're in the UK, the add on just shows up but you don't get charged anything.

I'm getting charged for that add-on, it's going on the bill & coming out of my bank account. It won't let me remove the add on as there's no option to do so nor have I had any success with ringing up & messaging EE to resolve it

@Peterjjones93  So you are in the UK, have not been to the EU at all and your bill includes extra charges for the EU? Then you need to call and explain to the EE billing team. What did EE say when you tried to resolve it?
