Hi I transferred from plusnet to EE and I have been deducted payments from EE.. I asked to keep the same number. I live abroad and my husband is using the phone. Is there a number i can phone internationally or email to sort this as they obviously won't speak to him. He is unable to use the phone and we keep going around in circles. No details have been posted to my address on the transfer. Thank you
