Free add on

I recently took out a new contract c/w free add on. Previously I had TNT sports as my free add on. Now my only options seem to be apple TV or apple music. Both of which are only free for a limited trial. Looks like I have been conned in my contract.

Hi @Ns61

Welcome to the Community

Inclusive Extras are available on the All Rounder and Full Works plans.

To find out more about inclusive Extras have a look at Inclusive extras & Mobile add-ons

You can check the plan you're on through the EE App. If you have any queries about the type of plan you're on or would like to change to an All Rounder plan, just give us a call Contact Us | Help & Support - EE where a guide can look at the options for you.

This is an All rounder plan.

When I click on the add on section in the app is says TNT sports is £20 a month. Not free.

Please advise

@Ns61

In this instance you'd need to call through to Customer Service where a guide will be able to manually check and activate the inclusive extra available on your plan.

When you go into addons (making sure to pick your number from the dropdown first if multiple are the account) you should have the option for "Your Inclusive Extras" underneath "Your active addons".

In there is where you will see your options included in your plan. The "free addons" (included in your plan) have changed recently and certain ones like TNT Sports are now only included in the higher tier Full Works plan.

I believe you can also text PICK to 150 as well.

Thanks Matt_124

Then I believe I was mislead in the selling of my all rounder upgrade. I will contact the ombudsman and Martin Lewis.

There are actually no free add ons in the add on tab. Only free trials that you have to pay for in time.

No problem,

I would advise raising a complaint with EE first as the Ombudsman usually require this before they will take it on.
