Afternoon All,
I upgraded my phone yesterday (22/07/2204) in store from a Fold 4 to a Fold 6. unfortunately I had to get an early upgrade due to a broken screen and traveling for work, so no time to have the broken one repaired. In order to upgrade early I had to pay £330 which I thought was reasonable due to my contract not being complete until December, but also the free Buds that I was told I could claim. I have looked online and cant find any way to claim this, even though the staff in store said I only need to show proof on purchase i.e receipt on the claims form 🤔.
Has anyone else go the same issue and if so what is the best way to claim the Buds ?

Your Buds will be delivered directly to your EE billing address, and we'll be in touch when they're on the way. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

The buds will be delivered to your account address 15-30 days from ordering your new phone.

I mentioned, I didn't order the phone. I upgraded in store and the staff clearly stated that I would need to claim for them.

I can confirm for this promotion that no claim is required. The buds will automatically be sent to your account address.

Yeah I'm Having The Same Issue? I was told to go to the samsung website to claim? Which i have done previously a few times before from other fold pre-orders. But I went on there and there is nothing about it at all. I thought maybe I'd wait until after the 24th because the phone isn't technically out till the 24th (even though I got mine on the 19th) to see if something popped up on the website. So going to see if anything comes up in the next couple of days if not I'll have to get on the phone or live chat. I've never had a problem before though..

You don't need to make a claim with this particular promotion.
Your Buds3 Pro will be dispatched automatically 15-30 days after you receive your phone.

So I'm with ee, and I didn't realise I could pre order the fold 6 with no upfront cost, realised I'd not logged into my account, I upgraded today, and was told, that the buds are only for pre orders, so ee told me I won't get any buds, they did give me a 10% discount on my bill, but I'd much rather the buds, now after reading these posts and replies on here, iam now totally confused as to whether I will vet some or not, as you only posted this in the past 2 days, I've now got me fingers crossed, but ee were adamant I won't get any buds as this was for pre orders.
Can anyone shed any light on this, ive been trying to Google this, and I keep ending up back to this post, seems to be the only one that is talking about it, no information with samsung either online about free buds.🙏🤞

Hi im pressing on the link, and nowhere does it state free buds with the phone, ive just put a reply up, because ee said it was for pre order customers only the earbuds, can anyone shine a light on this?

In less then 24 hours it's changed? I waited because I couldn't see the offer for the buds on the website and now it's too late
