Ee perks login/reset not working

I recently reset my password for perks, but when I try to login it says mot recognised. I hit forgotten my password but it has never sent me another email to reset it. 

How can I fix this?

Thanks for coming here. 

Did you use the work or personal email when you registered?

Have you requested the password reset email to be sent to the same email address? 

Also, have you checked your junk/spam folders?

Thanks for replying. 

I registered using a personal address and the reset was sent to that. Once logged in I then put in a work address to revalidate my details. 

Since then I have been unable to log back in or receive a reset email. 

I have checked spam folders and nothing there.
