How does ee sort out ee perk account issues. I have called a number of times now and no one can resolve. Tried to register and account now deactivated.... Have spoken to my hr dept and they have no idea about anything to do with ee perk even though as a company I have been told that we get discount. Have tried everything I have been advised but nothing works. 02 and Vodafone are far easier to sort.. They mey be an option...

Hi, says wrong email or password, Set up last week. NHS employee. Can you forward a code for 20%off.

Sorry, we have no access to the perk codes.
Have you tried resetting the password using your work email address?

Not sure which email you mean. I got the verification email which I clicked on the link and set up but now says password invalid. I have also got reset password emails.

I have the same problem I can’t log in keeps saying password is in valid
