Early upgrade fee waived

I'm looking to upgrade my phone just now even though it's free on the 25/03/25 but I wondered if the £67 early upgrade fee can be waived, is there a way I can do this

You can call through to Customer Service upgrade team who will be able to view your account and look at the options available to you. 

It may be possible to trade-in your old device towards your upgrade fee too.
