Been like it for weeks!!!! Been trying to add a watch to my account. It's a joke

Been like it for weeks!!! Soent an hour on the phone the other day ti be told sorry nothing we can do.

I am sorry you have been unable to add a watch to your account. 

Do you get an error message when you try and add the watch to your account? How long have you had the pay monthly contract?

Had my contract for years and years!  I add it to the basket goes to checkout then says payment options not available try later this has been going on since January. Rang EE they couldn't help so many people are getting the same msg. Your missing out on buisness

Are you logged into your EE account when ordering and selecting add to your plan? 

Just to check, are you within your first 17 months of your 24 month contract?
