Hi, I am trying to upgrade my phone, and am trying to get my 20% off with my blue light card, but when I try to log in to my EE perks it states account deactivated. I have called 150 and nobody seems to be able to help me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am also having the same issue! I called 150 and I have been expecting a response from the tech team for the past 2 days but no luck yet.
