Hi I a, trying to register on ee perks to purchase a new phone but I am receding the email to my works emails address but when it asks me to change password it keeps saying it can’t reset it and I can’t get past this page. This has been happening for weeks and still no further forward. Help! As it is saying the account is now locked for 24 hours.
