EE perks not receiving verfication email

I have registered with EE perks as I work for the NHS. I have asked the verification email to be sent to my NHS email numerous times and have not received anything. 

I have checked junk/spam folders in all email accounts associated to my EE. 

How do I make sure this is added within the first 30 days of contract?
