EE perks login not working/ resetting; not able to get the available discount

Hi,

I am trying to log into EE Perks and am registered but it is not accepting my password nor will it allow me to reset the password - have tried several times but never get the reset email.  I have checked my junk folder and they are not in there and cannot re-register as I get the message to say I am already registered. 

I am frustrated with this experience. It's been difficult experience especially for me migrating from 02 to EE. I was sold moon & back but the service has been pain. I am a NHS employee and already feeling cheated as I have now realised I qualified for better deal. 

I request someone to look into my matter and personalise a solution. Offline fix would be most helpful as I have already done many diagnostics that included seeking help from IT team from my co too.

Please help. I am told if these do not work in next 10 days I may never get the discount.

Hi,

I am having the same issues. Can't add my perk code into the voucher box, also not working for blue light card discount. Says they are "invalid codes"

Welcome to the community.

Please make sure you aren't choosing a plan that already includes a handset or price plan discount. Also, if you're connected to VPN, please try without this.

When I called customer services they added me to NHS discount via telephone and informed me that I have been now added for NHS discounts and received text from EE. But it I have not received any discount this months billing. 
it is so frustrating that EE doent even giving access to EE perks.

could you please help, nothing has been added to add ons

What date did you call, and what date did the bill get produced, @Pranic?

It's possible that it just wasn't added quite in time for this one.

I have the same issue. Can't log in since months and EE does not reply. I tried to reset my password and it says email with link to reset has been sent to my email address but it never was, I have a codes but cannot access. So frustratjng no one helps. Will need to leave EE.
