I have Plusnet and see I can get a discount for my EE mobile.
1) The prices I see on plusnet do not marry up with the prices on EE (EE are more).
2) The prices are cheaper for a new sim, vs upgrading a current number to the same sim deal.
Can someone explain how these two above can be correct and how I get the best deal?
Thank you in advance

New SIMs (also referred to as additional lines) benefit from extra discount in the form of a £12 Multi-Line Discount or exclusive discounted tariffs when added on top of an existing line. These are essentially built to give existing customers better deals when adding extra lines onto their account for additional devices or family members. If the original line was to be cancelled, any discount on the second SIM would also be removed.
The Plusnet EE deals are only for Plusnet customers joining EE for the first time and cannot be used for upgrades if you are already an existing EE Mobile customer.
If you're not happy with the offers you're seeing, you could call EE Customer Services and see what they can offer you.
