EE perks login issues

Hi,

I am an nhs worker and had an ee perks account. I am now due an upgrade and I have just tried to login to my ee perks account and even tried resetting the password and I am unable.

What error message shows? 

Did you register using your work email? 

Have you checked your junk/spam folder?

Yes I have used my nhs email address and I have used the link sent to my
email and gone on to resetting the password, after that I am unable to
progress on
