I was asked to revalidate my EE perks account and was sent the revalidation email. Now when I try to log in it says my details are invalid, when I try to reset the password it says an email has been sent yet I don’t receive anything. I can’t reregister as it says I have a Perks account already. I’m going round in circles and can’t log in.
