Hello,
My current email that I have signed up to EE with is NOT the email I use for my Xbox Game Pass, so when I have awaited activation of this extra which I have received a few texts about I haven refrained from going ahead as it seemingly looked like it was going to just default to this email address which would be incorrect,
I understand once activated it cannot be changed which is why I haven't activated it yet but I seriously need help activating this to an email/account of my choosing, Is there any way to do this or am I just going to have to ring up to get this resolved?

Hi @Binpit420,
Don't worry, you'll be asked for the email address linked to your Microsoft account during the setup process.
It doesn't need to be linked to the same email address you have registered with EE.

Thanks for clearing this up, I kept trying to google/reddit search this and couldn't find any solid answers

hi,
I have had the issue where I have selected this add on and entered the wrong email address I understand that it is stuck like this for a month but can I get a solid answer on if I can change the email address to the correct Xbox live account for next month ?

When you sign up to Xbox it will ask which email account you'd like to sign in with. It's best to use your existing Xbox account for this.
Once the subscription is linked to an Xbox account you would need to contact Microsoft to de-link from the email address you have used. You can then re-activate the Xbox subscription using your preferred email address
