Hi guys! Getting a little fed up now! It’s an odd one that I don’t want to be stung later with!
my old previous EE sim only deal included gamepass as an all inclusive extra and when I changed plans in September it got removed and never let me re add it as it was always saying I had nothing to activate.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, every month since I have been getting gamepass ultimate for no cost via EE/BT. Every month since I have rang EE informing them of this saying I don’t want to be back charge etc etc and they assure me I won’t, but I have just checked again and it’s renewed again for another month via EE/BT and I haven’t paid again!
How does this get resolved as nobody at EE has any clue and my only worry is someone turns round and says I owe x amount for gamepass over the last few months or whatever! I shouldn’t have to be phoning up each month to explain this. I don’t mind paying and don’t expect things for free!

Hi,
I don’t, i only have mobile.
when I spoke to CS last month they said it was probably due to me having a free Xbox gaming bundle on my account. Neither of us knew why that was an add on, on my account so we removed it, but obviously that didn’t work.
