Unable to access perks

I am registered for EE perks but my NHS email has changed and I have no access to the old one that I’m registered with.  How do I change my email so I can log into perks?

Hi 

I registered with PERKS over 2 years ago and can no longer access my account. 

I have tried resetting my password but I am not getting any emails to works or home address. Yes I have checked my SPAM  etc.

I have tried to re register but it won't let  me stating I already have an account. 

Going round in circles. 

Any ideas?

I get the login details supplied are invalid using my work and home email. I have tried the forgot password option but again receive no email for re set I have checked all mail inboxes including spam/junk.

I have tried reregistering but it says there is already an account under that name.
