Hi, my eeperks account says its deactivated. Can someone help reactivate it please? Mel

Hi,

 

Can I jump on this as well? Spoke to someone through 150 who said its my HR that needs to deal with it after an hour messaging and 3 attempts to upsell. Just want to upgrade my phone!

Could you please let us know a bit more about what it was you were looking to do here?

You would need to check with your HR team to make sure that you would for an eligible employer, but any queries around Perk accounts directly would usually be handled by our Perk team.

My account has been deactivated, and is my old NHS email. I currently can't update this, and can't use my new NHS email at present as on maternity leave. So was advised to cancel my ee perks account but was told my own HR department would handle this in the online chat

Thanks for letting us know @Dragonfhain 

We can send a request to our Perk team to remove your current registered account linked to your old NHS email address. Then, you can register a new account with new details. There are two ways to register for the Perk scheme. The first way is to use an NHS email address and use the link sent, and the second way is to use a personal email address and upload a valid photo ID clearly showing your place of work. 

If you can't access your work email right now, would the photo ID work instead?
